The clinic, through its own website, intends to provide easy booking process and regular communication to its customers without the need for personal visits. With these requirement at hand, Dickson Medical tapped on the expertise of Osky in web design and development.

Osky aims to build a robust website that has efficient Content Management System. The design is should be clear, user-friendly, and well-organised to ensure immediate access to important information and functions.
Using the intuitive WordPress CMS, Osky developed a responsive website for Dickson Medical and Travel Clinic. This enables customers to easily navigate the website across different devices. With its concise and simple design, customers are easily guided to what the clinic offers, its operating schedule and contact numbers, and how they can book an appointment.
The booking form integrated by Osky allows customers to easily set an appointment with their preferred physician at the time and date of their choice. Online communication with customers is also made easy through forms and e-newsletter subscription. Lastly, Google Analytics was integrated to allow the clinic to analyse its web performance such as customer reach and conversion.
