Is this a full security audit?
No. We only confirm whether the relevant PHP security patch has been applied. This does not include a full WordPress, Drupal, website or infrastructure security audit, and does not certify that your website is secure.
Will you need access to our hosting?
We may need hosting information or access to confirm the patch status. If so, our team will contact you to arrange this securely. Please do not include passwords in the form.
What if the patch hasn’t been applied?
We’ll explain the issue and recommended next steps. Any remediation will be scoped and quoted separately. We’ll obtain your approval before starting paid work.
What if we’re already on OSKY Care?
You don’t need to submit a request. OSKY is already reviewing and managing affected environments covered by OSKY Care or an ongoing SLA.
