Andrew MacLean has taken on the role of Senior Account Manager. Bringing with him a wealth of experience, he is a perfect fit for the OSKY leadership team.
Andrew has worked in the IT industry for over 25 years. With extensive experience in managing projects, business analysis, financial account management, business development, digital consultancy and delivering enterprise solutions to all sectors.
We look forward to Andrew’s arrival bringing about some invigorating brainstorming, as every new member does once they enter the OSKY lab. We are grateful for his hobby of collecting deadly spiders and know that any time we see one, Andrew will be there to save us all.

Every good leadership team needs a Ken Ong, the company’s founder. Ken is integral to the organisation as a digital transformation leader with more than 15 years of experience. Ken leads OSKY in successfully delivering critical projects for a broad range of clients, to extraordinary standards.
Ken has a passion for the not for profit sector and the work that they achieve. This respect is evident in the creation of FundRaise Digital; a presence developed to be a gamified platform to help organisations raise money for their charity.
Ken is a down to earth person with digital expertise across numerous mediums, coding, photography, interface design, to name a few. Although, if you ask him to create a latte art piece, you may not know what it is depicting – Ken is hoping to hone this talent someday.
Erfan Sakib our highly skilled frontend lead with over 12 years of progressive knowledge in frontend web development on multiple Content Management Systems. He has strong personal skills, including logical thinking, excellent analytical skills and an eye for detail. Erfan shines in working in a high-pressure team-oriented environment.
Erfan has grown up with the company, from being the first staffer, an intern in fact, to now being a partner in OSKY. Known to the team as a legend, he lives and breathes web and is a fantastic mentor to many of the staff. A GOT fan, Erfan is still suffering from the thought of winter without the iron throne, and let’s face it, who can blame him.
Warren Sheean our Senior User Experience and User Interface Designer is skilled in UX and UI design work. Warren has outstanding expertise, with information architecture, wireframes, user flows, and design strategy. Not to mention the many awards he has earned.
Known to be a perfectionist, looking at everything in pixels, he is, without a doubt, the most creative member of our team. Warren is often heard chanting about the mighty blue and white during AFL season; we hope that when the ball is bounced, to the final bell that they stand up and fight or our life will be like hell.
Mark de Rooij is a highly organised project leader with over 8 years of experience and proven success in delivering digital projects in consulting and agency environments. Mark is an enthusiastic team leader and strategic problem-solver with a substantial focus on quality, timeliness, and cost-control.
Described by the team as the gentle giant, he has been in the ring several times as a boxer. Mark is the most robust, most towering, and most harmonious, out of all of us.
Firdaus Zahari is OSKY’s lead software engineer with over 10 years of extensive full-stack development experience in open source technologies covering business system implementations, software products designing and developing, installation, configuration, and administration of various systems, database design and documentation.
Firdaus is considered a coding wizard by the team, being the fastest coder in the company. There is nothing that we have found that he cannot do faster and better than everyone else, as long as you don’t count a good old game of FIFA on Xbox. Keep practising Firdaus.
The OSKY team consists of a total of 20 permanent staff across two offices in Canberra and Kuala Lumpur. We continue to grow, and we couldn’t be more pleased. Working together like a well-oiled machine, we deliver to an extraordinary standard, quick and productive digital transformations.
